It blooms in succession in summer, and could produce several to more than 20 flowers at the same time once flowering occurs! When blooming, its brilliant reddish purple flowers are about 0.4" in diameter and are durable and fragrant.
Schoenorchis fragrans likes warm environment, 70 - 80ºF in daytime, and keeps it above 65ºF at night. Watering your orchid 3 to 4 times a week, but keep in mind that the roots should be dry out.
Because its roots are very sensitive to water stagnations, potting in a clay is not recommended. Instead, use tree fern slabs for a better aeration.
